Strathmore 300 Series Tape Bound Tracing Pad

The Strathmore 300 Series Tracing Pad holds 50 sheets of smooth parchment tracing paper, 25 lb (41 g/m2), tape bound along the top edge. Strathmore has made artist paper in the United States since 1892, and the 300 Series is its student and practice grade, priced for heavy use.

The sheet is translucent enough to see a drawing underneath and takes pencil, ink and felt marker without feathering. Illustrators use it to pull a clean line drawing off a rough sketch, architecture and design students use it for overlay studies, and pattern makers trace a base shape and work variations on top. Sheets release cleanly from the tape binding.
